The following is a list of what questions our customers have asked us in the past, followed by the number of people that have read the answers:

How do I make reservation?

Reservation are done online. Please choose the product pages that you wish to purchase and add them onto the Cart and proceed to payment page. A payment confirmation would be sent out to you, and thereafter allowed us within 24 hours to confirm the bookings with the operators.

Who can I contact if I have any questions?

Should you have any questions or comments, you can reach us at our email; info@ezy2go.com and we would reply you promptly.

I cannot book the destinations?

Sometimes, a particular destinations is under renovation or the season is over and no reservation can be made until further notice from the operator. You can email us if this occur and we would clarify with the operator for the earliest date to place reservation and revert back to you on it.

what is the date I want not available?

Some products are only available in certain season or has upcoming tournament (golf package). If the date that you want is not available, do email us and we would double check with the operator.

How can i pay?

You can pay directly on our website via PayPal or with major credit card. Depending on the different products, some require full payment and others deposit during booking, with the balance due to the relevant operators (van rental).

I do not have PayPal account or credit card. How can I pay?

In case if you do not have PayPal account or a credit card. The alternate method is to get someone with credit card to make payment to you on behalf of you. Do inform us if that is the case so we know who the intended booking are for.

Can I pay cash?

All online booking must be paid in advance in order to confirm booking. In case of van rental, a booking deposit is required during time of booking and the balance due must be paid in cash to the relevant operator upon arrival (no cheque or credit card is accepted).

If I want to cancel my booking and get refund

On certain products, some cancellation may be allowed and payment refunded (subject to bank transfer charges). However, no last minute cancellation is allowed or refunded.

Do write to us for inquiry as different products have different rules on booking cancellation by the relevant operators.

Are there any group discount?

Yes, we would be able to provide group discount for certain products. Do write to us and tell us what product are you interested in and the number of people.
